In order to participate on or try out for any athletic team in Fayette County, each student must have on file with the school a current athletic physical form. This must be completed each year. Upon making the team, students must also buy school athletic insurance. Information on cost will be provided by the coach. Insurance must be paid each year, and will cover all teams that the student participates with.
